We're proud to offer express courier shipping for each Björn Hendal Watch and it is worldwide free shipping. When you order only straps we will use normal postal service. 

Estimated Delivery 
Shipping transit time for watch orders should take no more than 4-5 business days. International shipments may be subject to additional customs clearance, which may delay delivery.

** Due to Convid-19 pandemic, flight suspensions have taken a toll on global shipping services, especially postal services.  Many national postal services have announced temporary route suspensions and  expect delays on most other routes. Therefore, our free delivery services may be unpredictably delay. Postal delivery is estimated 3 to 4 weeks under current situation.

Return  Policy

We accept returns of unworn products for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund. The product(s) must be unused - in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact -and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received. kindly note that after the watch has been adjusted to fit your wrist, the warranty is still valid, but you cannot return the watch. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Bjorn Hendal does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return.

You can return the products you have purchased during the #Special Promotion Event within 10 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund.

Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund. However, gift wrapping included in a purchase during a campaign does not have to be returned.

The campaign offer is based on the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfil the criteria for the campaign offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.

We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take 1-3 business days to complete.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.

Please note that campaigns or holidays can delay the processing of your refund.
